Introduction
To promote the advancement of construction training into a new stage, the Construction Industry Council has allocated HKD 450 million for the campus development projects of three campuses under the HKIC. This will provide a more ideal environment for the next generation of construction professionals to receive training.
BIM Innovation and Development Centre
The Building Information Modelling (BIM) Innovation and Development Centre located in Kowloon Bay Campus provides the latest BIM software and 3D technology related equipment.
Learning Resources Centre
The Learning Resources Centre has a wide range of collections and e-learning resources, as well as multimedia self-study materials, providing opportunities for students’ self-study and to develop theirs reading habits.
Smart Facilities Management Control Centre
CIC's Smart Facilities Management Control Centre at Kowloon Bay Campus is equipped with LED walls, a wireless presentation system and extra-large LED touchscreens. The Centre is connected to IoT sensors distributed throughout the CIC's premises to facilitate remote monitoring and control of the comfort level of the indoor environment and building maintenance.
Safety Experience Training Centre
Equipped with five senses experience training facilities simulating working environment of different construction sites to help enhancing safety awareness of students.
Fitness Room
Students will be issued an attendance certificate of the fitness room user workshop after completing the fitness room user workshop. They also can make use of this certificate to apply for registration as users of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) fitness room.

Outdoor Training Ground
There are 7 outdoor training grounds to provide various training, such as MiC, Training Simulator and Crawler-Mounted Crane Operation, etc.

Workshops
Campuses are equipped with various workshops to suit the training requirements of different disciplines. These include Bricklaying, Plastering & Tiling; Plumbing & Pipe-fitting; Electrical Installation; Painting, Decorating & Sign-writing; Carpentry & Joinery and Welding.
