To enhance students' mental health and resilience, the Student Development Department organised a lunchtime activity "Mindfulness – Mind Jar Workshop" for over 50 students at Kwai Chung campus on 17 April 2024. Through learning to create and utilise mind jars, students deepened their understanding of mindfulness while alleviating the stress and negative emotions associated with study and work.
