Recognition
Graduates with working experience as required by Government Regulations can apply to Labour Department for registration of Construction Sites Safety Officers.

Admission Requirement
(i) Holder of recognised Building / Construction / Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Surveying Degree or Diploma or Higher Certificate or equivalent qualification;(ii) With 2-year construction site working experience; and(iii) Employer’s nomination is preferred.orHolder of HKIC’s “Certificate in Construction and Safety Practice”**Applicants will be screened and selected. Applicants may be required to attend admission interview / sit for written test. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.

Conditions of Certificate Award
1. Attendance rate of 80% or above (including site visits / workshops / project tutorials but excluding examinations); and
2. Passed individual examinations and project assignment (4 examinations and 1 individual project assignment)
