Next Construction Safety Officer Course will be opened for registration in the second quarter of 2024. Please pay attention to the announcement on website. 

Safety Legislation Applicable to the Construction Industry; Safety Management; Accident Prevention; Occupational Safety & Health; Accident Investigation; Site Inspection; Management Skill and Techniques of Safety Officer.

Graduates with working experience as required by Government Regulations can apply to Labour Department for registration of Safety Officers.

1. Holder of recognised Building / Construction / Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Surveying Degree or Diploma or Higher Certificate or equivalent qualification;

2. At least 2 years working experience in construction site; and

3.Employer’s nomination would be an advantage.



**Applicants will be screened and selected. Applicants may be required to attend admission interview / sit for written test. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.

To be advised

1. Attended 67 sessions or above (including site visits / workshops / project tutorials on Saturday afternoons but excluding examinations); and
2. Passed individual examinations (total 5 examinations), which will be conducted in English.
