The "Intermediate Tradesman Collaborative Training Scheme" (ITCTS) aims at training up new practitioners to become Intermediate Tradesman. HKIC organises the ITCTS Recruitment Day for the employers and job seekers to have job interviews on the spot.

Limited walk-in interviews are available and arranged on first-come-first-served basis.
