CPD Certificate will be issued for each completed module.

1. All Modules of this programme and “Project Management Training Series for Sub-contractors” (PMSZ) offered by SPDC meet the CPD requirement of management staff for registration renewal under “Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Scheme”.
2. Student who completed any Module(s) of this programme or “Project Management Training Series for Sub-contractors” (PMSZ) and meet the following condition will be granted a maximum of 21-hour of exemption for Certificate in Construction Specialist Trades Management (CPMS):
‧ Students who completed any Module(s) of “Project Management Training Series for Sub-contractors” (PMSZ) offered by SPDC after 1 February 2016 can apply for exemption from the related Module(s).
‧ Students who completed any Module(s) of this programme within 3 years before joining CPMS can apply for exemption from the related Module(s).
