Minor works contractors registration system and scope of Class III minor works; Role and responsibilities of an RMWC; Related legislation and statutory requirements; Statutory administrative procedures for carrying out minor works; Planning of work sequence; Provision of safety/precautionary measures; Prevention of bribery.
Recognition
This training course is recognised by Buildings Department and must be completed in order to apply for the registration of Class III Register of Minor Works Contractors (Individual)
Admission Requirement
Individual self-employed workers with suitable qualifications and experience are eligible for registration as Registered Minor Works Contractor (Individual) to undertake class III minor works. The completion of this course is one of the requisites for the registration of Registered Minor Works Contractor (Individual).
