To promote student mental health awareness, the Student Development Department organised "Body, Mind, and Spirit" stretching and wellness seminars and workshops in March 2025 at the Kowloon Bay and Sheung Shui campuses. The event encouraged participants to alleviate emotional distress and life stress through stretching exercises, thereby promoting overall well-being.

The event integrated theoretical seminars with experiential workshops, enabling participants to learn practical stretching techniques for stress relief and improved physical and mental flexibility. A vibrant atmosphere permeated the event, with enthusiastic engagement from teachers and students as they collectively explored the benefits of stretching.
